Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within two (2) days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

We suggest your order delivered to an address where you will be between 9am - 5pm.

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3 - 5 business days via Australia Post.

Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier service conditions.

 

Australia Shipping Fees

Free shipping for all orders. (we are currently shipping within Australia only. Work in progress for international shipping)

 

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping, however if you are located outside of Australia and wish to purchase from us, please contact us directly at info@strollermate.com.au and we will try to help to the best of our ability.

 

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for paying shipping fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at info@strollermate.com.au with your order details.

If your package arrives damaged, report it within 2 days with photos of the damage for a resolution.

 

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be provided via email upon dispatch.

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking details or contact our support team.

 

Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed once shipped. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee (Returns)

If for any reason you don't love your Stoller Mate, return it and we'll refund you the price you paid for the product excluding shipping fees. 

Its the customers responsibility to pay for the full shipping fees when returning the product.
